We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help in leading the customer service team at one of NZ’s most iconic women’s fashion brands. Working in partnership with the Store Manager you will play a vital role in supporting and leading the team and delivering incredible experiences and creating magic moments for our customers. Provides customers a unique and lasting in-store experience
A confident leader; working alongside the Store Manager to motivate, train and inspire a high performing team
Great time management and organizational skills
Experience in driving sales and store KPI’s
A fun and friendly team leader, with great energy and a positive vibe
Upholds store expectations and and sets a good example for staff
Reliable and flexible with work rosters and hours
