The Role This is a key position based within our Te Rapa store in Hamilton that will see you responsible for achieving store sales targets, managing stock, as well as ensuring staff are fully trained and performing to their best within their roles. As Health and Safety is a huge part of our business you must have a safety-first approach to work, making sure HSE policy and procedures are followed at all times, and your customer service skills will need to be second-to-none. To be successful you will need:
A full, clean NZ Driver's License
Good communication and customer service skills
Proven sales experience and the ability to work as part of a team
Previous experience working within the automotive or tyre industry, or a willingness to learn, as you will need to be across all roles within the store and comfortable working on the workshop floor.
