Would you like to work part-time in a modern, comfortable office in the heart of Amsterdam Zuid? Are you passionate about administrative work with a focus on mailing? If so, the role of Workplace Assistant might be the perfect fit for you:
- You will arrange of pick up mail service and send mails to the right people intermally.
- You will accept and sort out the mail, organize the mail secure storing, inform when packages arrive.
- You will be a contact person for different office supplies: organizing, inventory, guidance for employees.
- Experience in an administrative role
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized and attention to detail
- Strong coordination skills
- Flexibility to work with last minute changes.
