We have an exciting opportunity for a/an Customer Operations Support Analyst in our Venlo office.
What You Will Do
As a Wholesale Operations Support Analyst you are an analyst with Wholesale experience in data analysis, metrics dash boarding, KPI tracking and data visualization
You will split your time between maintaining metrics dashboards, supporting strategic projects, and completing ad-hoc analysis to support Michael Kors’ Wholesale operations.
The Wholesale Operations Support Analyst is part of the Wholesale Operations Support team and reports into the Wholesale Operations Support Senior Manager.
- Track and report on Wholesale Operations Support performance metrics and KPI’s
- Provide intuitive and insightful information to management to understand current performance and assist management in crafting future strategy and plans
- Analyze Qlik data to identify customer and/or product trends and provide meaningful analysis to Michael Kors leadership
- Responsible for extracting, compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data, along with developing new methods for data collection
- Design and maintain additional operational scorecards for senior management
- Generate compelling infographics to communicate operational performance and business trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal Business Units and third parties (Sales and Distribution Center) to define and maintain appropriate data sources
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to Wholesale team and participate in special projects

Projects could include:
- Analyzing performance and identifying areas to improve operational performance
- Implementing new reports to support Wholesale operations
- Supporting continuous process improvement within the support areas
- Analyzing cost and revenue performance of various campaigns
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, (or related field)
- +2 years relevant work experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or consulting role
- Experience in Wholesale customer service a plus
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros)
- Creative expertise and usage of charts, graphs, and tables for reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong “service” orientation to internal stakeholders and constituents
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in Fashion or Apparel a plus
