Unique position working as a private butler / household manager for a warm and well-respected family
Job description:
Pay: €55.000,00 - €80.000,00 per year
Work Location: In person

- Responsible for all house management & housekeeping duties. Managing and supervising the cleaners;
- Laundry and wardrobe management. Organizing the (walk-in) closets, clothing maintenance, ironing, pressing and dry-cleaning, knowledge of fine fabric & linen care;
- Valeting skills. Taking care of clothing and shoes, maintaining (cosmetics) inventories, and packing and unpacking suitcases;
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality control. Feeling comfortable in the kitchen and being able to create a breakfast and lunch;
- Grocery & inventory management. Doing groceries, maintaining inventories of household non-perishables, cosmetics, etc;
- Table management. Mostly daytime only (think of coffee and refreshments) since there is a separate kitchen chef (cook) for late afternoon and the evening. Some dining expertise and event coordination is important;
- Travel support. Travel with the family when onsite support is required;
- Logistics management. Packages & parcel management, occasional driving when the chauffeur is not available;
- Think ahead & speak up. Supporting the family members at all times.
- Experience in working as a private butler / household manager;
- Meeting highest hygiene standards;
- Flexibility to travel (incidental);
- A friendly and calm character with a professional attitude at all times;
- Willing to invest in a long-term relationship;
- Fluent in English and Dutch, preferably also German.
- Pro-active thinking and communicating;
- Clearly service oriented;
- Discretion and respect for privacy;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Hands-on mindset and optimistic character;
- Able to navigate in high-pressure situations with composure and grace;
- Eye for detail.
- Full-time position;
- A studio apartment at a minute from the house is available full-time. Live-in is therefore possible;
- The start date: as soon as possible;
- The salary range of €55.000-€80.000 gross per year, dependent on experience of the candidate.
