Job Vacancy: HR Case Manager (32-hours)
Location: Amsterdam

The Entourage Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Case Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all employee-related cases from our Dutch venues, working closely with the HR Manager. You will work from our office in the heart of Amsterdam, with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and solve employee cases, ensuring fair and compliant solutions.
Work closely with the HR team members to address conflicts and workplace issues.
Provide advice on Dutch labor laws and regulations.
Act as a point of contact for employees, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Collaborate with the HR team to implement policies and improve employee relations.
Guide sick employees in accordance with the ‘Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR practices.
Proven experience in conflict resolution and case management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Independent, solution-oriented thinker who can handle complex situations.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Work Schedule:

4 days per week (32-hours)
