We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager - International, who will have responsibility for supporting the supply chain team in managing commercial supply chain production planning and commercial supply chain operations for International.
Operating within a virtual (100% outsourced) business model, the incumbent will be accountable for managing our commercial production of QINLOCK to ensure continuity of supply for international markets. They will support supply chain commercial operations in countries QINLOCK has been launched in. The ideal candidate will effectively balance the need for organization and adherence to timelines with the adaptability required in a fast-paced, growing company. They will have a demonstrated record of ensuring successful supply chain commercial operations by building strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring clear communication, and efficiently managing team resources to achieve a common goal. This position will report to the Director, Supply Chain, International and will be located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The Role:
Lead continuity of supply by creating requirement plans based on strategic elements from our forecasts provided by commercial and our global shelf life and specification changes that impact supply.
Ensure changes in supply configuration, design, timeline, manufacturing availability and regulatory requirements are being captured in the change control process. Manage the overall changes and confirm impact to supply.
Ensure effective customer onboarding and order management, including returns, and backorder management.
Communicate order and inventory status to our Exploitant and other stakeholders when required.
Manage external logistics service providers.
Effective inventory management across our different stock-holding locations in Europe.
Manage supplier performance metrics and routinely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational and economic performance improvement.
Support Regulatory and Global Supply Chain with new specifications and change controls during label changes and bar code creations.
EU FMD serialization activities using Optel Verify.
Support operational launch readiness activities for new international markets / new product(s).
Identify, define, prioritize, and communicate risks to successful operations; develop and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Qualifications What You’ll Bring:
BS in a scientific or technical discipline with 6+ years of supply chain management experience in a regulated c GMP environment. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Direct experience overseeing commercial contract packaging and labeling organizations and (bio)pharmaceutical CMOs is strongly preferred.
Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of current Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practices (c GMPs and c GDPs), proficiency with Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Project (or equivalent), and have a demonstrated experience in inventory management.
Experience in developing and commercializing drugs for oncology and/or orphan diseases is preferred.
Strong vendor/supplier management skills.
Self-directed, accomplishment-driven individual with a strong sense of passion and urgency who can work both independently and in a cross- functional team environment.
Proven success working in cross-functional teams.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication – we’re looking for a great team-player!
English language full professional proficiency required. Additional languages considered a plus.
