We are currently seeking for a Store Manager for our new store in Αthens (Korydallos).
The Store Manager is directly responsible for the efficient management of the store at 360°, both in terms of shop activities and team management. Adopting an omnichannel approch, it also ensures achieving and exceeding sales targets (quantitative and qualitative, individual and team) and ensures an excellent shopping experience to each customer. Thanks to its guidance, the store’s team will be able to help the customer to select, within our universe of jewels, the ones that better express their personality
In full compliance with the law, contract, policies and operational instructions applicable each time, as well as adopting exemplary behavior and being a promoter of company values, the SM :
PEOPLE
Plans different activities monthly, weekly and daily: (e.g.: selling, floor set-ups, training (link), orders, Posm), assigning tasks clearly and with the right timing, and monitoring that they are completed. Complies and makes sure the team also complies with the deadlines and the priorities
Manages the scheduling of the sales associates’ work shifts, ensuring a fair rotation, in compliance with the store regulations and priorities
Ensures that the sales staff has a neat appearance, a role-appropriate behavior and standing, and that is punctual
Supervises the efficiency and performance of the sales associates, giving them regular feedback and supporting them in the sales
Promotes a high level of motivation among sales staff and is committed to provide a peaceful and positive environment for the team
Selects its team (selection interviews, onboarding in the store and training on the job), by identifying the personal and professional features that would best blend into the team and respond to the store’s needs
Identifies the high-perfomance resources who can take a career growth within the company and is responsible for its development
Is responsible, together with its manager, for its own development plan and constant update
Immediately notifies its Manager or the HR department for every event or relevant behavior related to the team and / or the shop management
TRAINING AND SELLING ACTIVITIES
Masters all features of the product enhancing technical and stylistic details. Makes sure that its team complete all the available trainings
Participates proactively in sales activities by welcoming customers with a consulting approach
Evaluates the sales competencies of its team and puts into place actions consistent with the commercial objectives, using the tools provided by the company
Asks constantly feedback to the customer, by also using quality surveys and ensures that its team acts the same way
Supervises, supports and ensures a high quality of customer service, for both online and offline sales. Makes sure that all elements are managed in a professional manner: complaints, refunds, stock, management of the shipments and of the payments, after sales services, etc.
Is responsible for the training on the job of the new sales associates (even those coming from other Pandora stores) and for the continuous training of its team. Identifies all the training gaps and makes sure to fill those with different actions
MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING OF THE OPERATION PROCEDURES
Manages the store budget and works to achieve both the qualitative and the quantitative sales targets
Ensures proper handling of delivered products in the store and in stock (analysis, control, arrangement, orders and re-orders)
Controls the in/out flows of products and materials (timing, quality, quantity and documentation)
Organizes, manages and completes the internal inventory activities and the periodic stock check
Monitors and manages the cash flows of the store and prepares payments reports
Is responsible for all the differences in reports regarding payments made by credit card, tax reports, etc.
Unsures the necessary flow of information and defines the priorities related to the different activities, the news and the deadlines of the store (VM, MKTG, office, brand, Operation, etc.)
VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND MAINTENANCE
Supervises the regular renewal of the windows and implements the POS and merchandising campaigns
Monitors and ensures the optimal performance of the store, of its internal display areas and of the shop windows
Guarantees the good organization of the store, the state of maintenance and cleanliness of premises, furniture, equipment and materials, as well as the overall image of the store and its staff
REPORTS
Delivers daily, weekly and monthly reports with analysis, reasonings and necessary actions to achieve the targets of the store
Fills out reports, analysis and further required documents
POLICY
Masters all policies and procedures and guarantees the compliance with the rules through concrete actions
Keeps private any confidential information, in particular the sensitive data concerning the company, the team and the customers
Supports the sustainability choices of the company, by putting into action measures aiming to reduce our impact on the environment and minimizing waste

Previous experience in Retail as Store Manager/Department Manager or Section Manager.
