For our location in Eemshaven we are looking for a Site Support Lead. You will support the Branch Director of Eemshaven, as well as manage several staff functions. This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working partly from home.
The position
- You will support the Branch Director commercially and strategically.
- You are present at various meetings and prepare many things and make various reports and presentations.
- You take care of correspondence, reports, registrations, and you make presentations. You maintain personal and telephone contacts with (internal) customers, suppliers, employees, and partners at home and abroad.
- You provide analyses and reports and ensure that these are used correctly and updated, follow-up and signaling are also taken up by you.
- You monitor the planning and follow-up of processes, projects, and agreements.
- You ensure adequate and customer-oriented handling of questions and are able to handle information in a correct and confidential manner
- You participate structurally in work meetings with active input and cross-departmental consultations.
- You conduct evaluation interviews with your team members, and you are point of contact and point of inquiry for colleagues.
- You supervise, instruct and assess employees and ensure good cooperation
We ask
- You have at least HBO working and thinking level
- You preferably have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, with experience in the logistics industry strongly preferred
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- A good command of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- A good command of Dutch and English is a must for the position given the international nature of our organization
- You have integrity, are customer-oriented, accurate and like to show initiative. You can plan and organize well and have a great sense of responsibility
