Drafting, aligning with stakeholders, and maintaining the Service Now CX Product Vision
Setting goals, measuring, and improving the user experience on the Service Now platform
Ensuring that the design and content of the user interface complies with the Customer UX principles
Participate in the Service Now demand consultation and the Service Now Centre of Excellence consultation. This is where you make agreements with your fellow POs about cross-team demand issues and coordinate work processes
Facilitating the mutual exchange of knowledge between the UX people in the CX team and the seconded UX people in the construction teams
Ensuring the use of best UX practices, in which you connect to and make use of the employee journeys already developed within Customer
Positioning the CX team within the entire Customer organisation
Develop your team.
Acting in the interests of all Customer employees within the context of (self-service) service provision
Creating and monitoring the coherence between goals and strategy at Customer, Cluster and team level
Manage the backlog, keep it on priority and keep the content up to date. By doing so, you enable the team to work on the right things and be effective. You also support them in making and adjusting schedules, and identifying and managing dependencies between different teams within and outside their own organization
Be in contact with your stakeholders and ensure that the agreements made with them are kept.
You will bring the following knowledge and experience to the table:
You have at least 3 years of experience in the role of Product Owner at a service organization and at least 10 years of experience as a professional in a complex service organization
You have leadership and coaching skills
You can translate a strategy into goals and approach and coordinate them with all stakeholders.
You have experience in and affinity with a user experience of human centered design
You have an affinity with the internal clients/partners and the capacity to translate their substantive wishes and preconditions into your team's backlog.
You have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
You oversee a large platform like Service Now in all its aspects
Onsite presence 2 days a week at the Customer office in Utrecht, The Netherlands Tuesday and Thursday Language: • Dutchspeaking and writing fluently Domain Skills:
Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined software process
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute for the problem solving.
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Certification: Education qualification: B.Tech, BE degree from a reputed college
