What You Will Be Doing:
Pre-qualifying sales leads received through various channels (telephone, website, tradeshows, company events, etc.) using lead generation best practices including pre-qualification rating systems, pre-call preparation, and call guide development.
Generating sales leads through outbound calling in conjunction with lead generation programs.
Maintaining sales lead documentation.
Nurturing long-term opportunities to continue communication in early stages before the sales cycle begins.
Supporting all strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns through comprehensive data collection.
Tracking and evaluating campaign effectiveness and reporting findings to the manager.
Supporting enterprise lead generation activities and tracking/reporting on all lead generation marketing programs to drive revenue opportunities into the sales pipeline.
Demonstrating product knowledge and executing lead generation activities for one or more business lines/units.
Ensuring timely lead follow-up by assigned sales executives and assisting in converting pre-qualified leads to the next stages of the sales process.
Preparing lead generation reports and presenting results to stakeholders, offering guidance on potential next steps.
Identifying areas of opportunity, preparing business presentations, and executing with assigned business lines/units.
Gathering and updating competitive data and contact information to support future sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent education/training/experience.
2-3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation leadership roles.
Strong management, organizational, team-building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology, including systems, applications, and banking practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, concise, and professional presentations.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Skills in productivity, planning, and workload management.
Multi-lingual skills, with English and one Nordics language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish) fluency.
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
