About the role:

Hiring for all types of roles - Business, Marketing, Operations, and Sales will be needed for the niche investment immigration industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Handle the recruitment process from beginning to end by posting ads, reviewing candidates, and conducting interviews with the support of the HR Manager
- Conduct cold outreach to find the best candidates
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, covering all fields: business, sales, marketing, etc
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with a Linked In recruiter and other recruiting software.
- Experience working in ATS programs
