We're looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage our take back projects at VELUX Netherlands.

We're looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage our take back projects at VELUX Netherlands.

In this role, you'll drive the implementation and scaling up of initiatives aimed at collecting and processing our products at end of life, under the supervision of the Project Sales Manager for VELUX Netherlands, and in close collaboration with the Group sustainability team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management : oversee cross-functional teams to deliver on take back projects. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, customer expectations and success criteria
- Stakeholder relations & Negotiations: engage with relevant partners in our broader ecosystem, including commercial partners and service providers
- Problem Solving: proactively identify challenges, risks, and opportunities, implementing effective solutions.
- Regular Reporting: provide updates, progress reports, and insights on project status and key metrics.
- Industry Awareness: stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in circular economy and recycling.
Who we are looking for
You might be the ideal candidate we are looking for if :
- You are a seasoned Project Manager with several years of experience in circularity, including end of life and recycling.
- You have a strong understanding of the complex flows at end of life, including logistics and existing waste handling channels in the Netherlands and Europe.
- Your demonstrated negotiation skills are instrumental in establishing the best business models for VELUX and its stakeholders
- Thanks to your ability to adapt rapidly, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where upholding high ethical standards and integrity is crucial.
- You are bilingual Dutch & English
