We are looking for detail-oriented analysts to conduct stability tests on our Ellansé product line in our quality control laboratory. The role requires experience working in a laboratory environment and adhering to ISO and/or GMP standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent analytical skills.
Please note that this is a temporary role to be performed in evening shift (15:00 – 23:30) during the following windows:
Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role

Conduct stability testing on Ellansé
Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment
Document all test results and deviations that occur during testing
Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records
Analyze test data and identify any deviations from expected results
Uphold compliance with ISO and regulations
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in QC and other departments to ensure efficient testing.
Contribute to continuous improvement

Experience and Qualifications
Essential :

Associate degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biology, life science)
1 year working experience in a laboratory setting
Strong understanding and adherence to laboratory safety protocols
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Fluency in English
Willingness to be trained in first aid
Willing and ability to work in evening shift (15:00-23:30)

Desirable :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biology, life science
Experience working in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
Experience working under ISO and/or GMP regulations
Experience testing for stability studies or (method) validations
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
Fluency in Dutch

Problem solving: identifying and resolving minor technical issues related to equipment or testing procedures
Critical thinking: analysing data, evaluating deviations, and proposing solutions to ensure product quality.
Communication: effectively conveying test results, issues, and recommendations to colleagues and supervisors.
Collaboration: working seamlessly with the QC team, PT team and other departments for efficient testing processes
Learning agility: willingness to participate in training programs and actively learn new technologies.
