Your main responsibility is accurate administrative execution of the purchase ordering process. This for our all our demands on high tech parts, materials and services. You communicate intensively and efficient with our international supply base and the internal stakeholders.As part of the Purchasing team you support the RFQ process and supplier performance monitoring process. Are you challenged by ensuring our purchasing demands at our suppliers, supporting your colleagues achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction? This is the job for you!
Tasks and responsibilities
- Correct and timely execution of purchasing decisions and processes to assure production and engineering demands,
- Analyse, define, and implement action plans to improve quality, logistical performance, technical capabilities, total cost, and sustainability (QLTCS) of suppliers.
- Source, assess, and qualify potential suppliers.
- Monitoring and maintaining purchase parameters.
- Supporting all activities for strategic purchasing.
We are looking for
- Proactive, flexible, motivated, and stress-resistant, able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
- Team player who is accurate, structured, and disciplined.
- Committed to delivering results and achieving goals.
- Relevant secondary vocational education (MBO) in purchasing or business administration.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and experience in a high-tech environment is a plus
