Impes Service Sp A is looking for a HSE Inspector/Supervisor who will have to manage the action plans in compliance with legal regulations, directives and the company codes and the customer's regulations, ensuring the correct application of the provisions of the law and the identification of appropriate prevention and protection measures. The resource will be deployed at our construction site in Maasvlakte, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The HSE Inspector/Supervisor reports to the HSE Manager and to the QHSE Office management.
He/She is directly involved in the implementation of the site's HSE plan in the project with HSE Manager.
In this regard, he/she works together with his/her Site and HSE Manager.
Main activities related to the task to be performed:

• manage HSE orientation and training, weekly attendance at HSE interviews;
• oversee site health requirements, comply with and mantain site medical services;
• comply with safety and traffic plan;
• provide SDS and communication related to the site;
• participate in the development and enforcement of HSE rules and practices;
• ensure environmental control and waste management;
• act as Fire Marshall, conducting training, deills and inspection;
• participate in the detection, treatment, reporting and analysis of incidents;
• participate in HSE site inspections/walkthrough and follow-up;

Profile of the characteristics of the ideal candidate:

• he/she has a technical degree;
• has appropriate certifications to operate as a HSE;
• has gained at least 3 years of experience in the role, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector, in particular in the construction and maintenance of electrical and electro-instrumental systems;
• knows the main international regulations in the Health, Safety (ISO 45001) and Environment (ISO 14001) and Company Quality (ISO 9001);
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

The research is aimed at all genders (ex L. 198/06) and all nationalities (ex D.Lgs. 215/03 and D.Lgs. 216/03).
