This is the role:
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the operational HR Services and Recruitment at our Manufacturing site in Middelburg (230 employees) and Rotterdam office (20 employees). Your work location is Middelburg. You will provide general HR support to line managers and employees in areas such as recruitment, absenteeism, succession planning, training, performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits and HR processes and procedures. As HR Business Partner you will organize and manage the HR Administration with support of the HR Specialist. You will lead and participate in HR projects, working on tactical HR topics under the leadership of the HR Country Manager. Besides your HR Business Partner role you are also working on the development and execution of Talent Acquisition activities for the location Middelburg and Rotterdam.

You are a pragmatic seasoned HR Professional with growth potential and with excellent communication and change management skills. You are able to organize and prioritize workload as part of your operational experience (can do) and performance driven personality (will do). You are able and willing to take on the responsibility of the operational HR services as core contribution and offer consultancy and process improvement as benefit.
You are culturally aware and at ease with cross functional stakeholders in an international Manufacturing and Business environment. You are a passionate HR professional who is customer focused, strong safety mindset and motivated to deliver world class services with an eye for quality. You are a true team player with initiative and good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills. This is what you bring:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related study;
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role preferably in an industrial and international working environment;
Fluent in Dutch and English both verbal and written.
