Growth Marketing Manager

Join PX as a Growth Marketing Manager!

The Growth Marketing Manager will, along with cross-functional teams and leadership, manage the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics. In this role, which we see as 70% execution, 30% planning and strategy, work closely with the Leadership Team, and all parts of our global organization (Client Sales, Product, Client Success) to build out all facets of our brand, product, and customer acquisition marketplace efforts.


This is a growth role with opportunity for impact and scaling for an ambitious marketer who wants to take on a leading role in an innovative and fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our marketing automation efforts across web, social, email and more.
  • Own the planning and execution of industry tradeshows, webinars, and customer events.
  • Closely co-ordinate our partnership with external agencies to manage lead gen campaigns across all digital channels: Google, Linked In, Bing, etc.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using advanced analytics to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize for better results
  • Launch and execute growth hacking experiments/ marketing initatives and scale them if they are successful
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing and sales materials, such as: customer success stories, sales enablement pieces, landing pages, blogs, etc.
  • Own our social media accounts and develop content that moves people to action.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to develop campaigns and programs that generate new business opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, preferably Hub Spot.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing, including Linked In and Google Ads.
  • Ambition to grow into a B2B growth marketing expert.
  • Exceptional writing skills across different styles: informative, persuasive, instructional.
  • Experience in organizing or attending industry events.
  • A creative, data-driven mindset, willing to explore innovative marketing approaches.
  • Strong ownership mentality and proactive, can-do attitude.
