APL Global Logistics BV, a rapidly growing logistics company, is looking for a candidate for the position of Administration/Finance. We offer the opportunity to work in a young, energetic team in a friendly atmosphere. The position is available for 4 or 5 days a week (to be agreed upon).

Responsibilities:

• Managing financial and administrative documentation
• Managing HR documentation
• Coordinating HR processes such as leave, sick leave, etc.
• Supporting the finance department in daily tasks
• Preparing financial reports and analyses
• Coordinating accounting processes and collaborating with other departments
• Ensuring proper document flow within the company

Your Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or finance role
