Where will you work? You will work in an enthusiastic team in an open organization with short lines of communication.
What will you do? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Financial Assistant. You will play a key role in the further implementation of internal control measures and the corresponding adjustments to business processes. Additionally, you will prepare the monthly closing. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, including:
Salary: 3.000 – 4.000 euro gross per month, based on a 40 hours workweek

What will you do? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Financial Assistant. You will play a key role in the further implementation of internal control measures and the corresponding adjustments to business processes. Additionally, you will prepare the monthly closing. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, including:
- Processing supplier invoices;
- Booking banking transactions and customer invoices in accounting systems;
- Managing accounts payable and creating payment batches;
- Month-end closure accruals;
- Confirming and reconciling intercompany transactions;
- Travel and expense reporting;
- Foreign exchange journal entry;
- Related account reconciliations;
- Maintaining documentation in compliance with global requirements and local laws;
- Maintaining documented policies and procedures;
- Ensuring SOx compliance;
- Ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and timely;
- Ensuring that at period-end all assets and liabilities are recorded accurately.
- A completed study in Finance & Accounting;
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Finance;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Native / very good Dutch language skills and good English language skills;
- Hands-on, eager to learn and proactive.
