ABOUT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS
At Holiday Inn Express® hotels we keep it simple and smart. THE POSITION
We’re searching for enthusiastic teammates that enjoy working in flexible and fast-paced workplaces and have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen and we have two meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord, is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 60 covers. For our lunch and dinner menu, we work together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in the bar, restaurant, and breakfast buffet;
- Prepare the board/meeting rooms;
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks;
- Maintaining the bar and the floor areas as well as the equipment clean;
- Restocking and replenishing supplies and inventory;
- Assist in the preparation of the place for service as required, in accordance with the required hotel standards;
- Promote hospitality within our hotel standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards;
- Have a creative and warm personality and know how to connect everyone and everything;
- Are representative and guest oriented;
- Speak excellent English, Dutch language is a plus;
- Experience with Hospitality is a plus.
