This Shared Service Center offers employment to over 550 employees, with 40 nationalities, who speak 34 languages. We are looking for a Query Handling Agent (CH) to join the Account Receivables team.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
As an Expert Agent Query Investigation you handle, investigate and resolve customer enquiries in an accurate, professional and timely matter. You provide high customer quality standards and enable effective accounts receivable collection. You also act as a billing and duty related subject matter expert within Accounts Receivables and support resolution of most complex billing and duty /vat related queries involving in customer interactions.
- Resolve customer’s queries in accordance with set DHL standards;
- Promptly and accurately log/ update queries in ERP system;
- Actively promote self service functionalities and / or ensure customer query is addressed structurally so that it does not re-occur;
- Ensure cross function liaison and handle required billing adjustments;
- Manage customer escalation process when it occurs and take charge of resolution.
