We are looking for a European Market Sales Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic and multinational team in Ridderkerk, The Netherlands. Are you good with commercial tasks, numbers and planning, are you a logical thinker, a multitasker and a fast learner, can you manage rapid changes and work under pressure?

What will you do?

• Support customers’ inquiries as a main daily point of contact.
• Processing customer orders, follow up customers’ supply from purchase order until goods arrive on time at the customers’ door.
• Plan shipments according to inventory levels.
• Work closely with sales account managers, logistics, warehouse and finance teams.
• Maintain assigned account customers’ information up to date.

In addition to your professional and mature personality, you also meet the below requirements:

• You have a very good oral and written command of English (required level - B2*upper Intermediate or higher).
• You are a fast typist and have good command in MS Office – Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
• HBO commercial background or university thinking/working level;
• Strong command of the French Language
• Experience in order management and/or customer service is an added value.
• You are assertive, decisive, accurate and analytical.
• You have good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• You are a team player that enjoys taking initiative.
