Digital Performance Marketeer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Performance Marketeer to join our marketing team and lead our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization. This role will complement our existing team, consisting of a Marketing & Communications Specialist, a Digital Marketing Manager and a Chief Marketing Officer, by bringing a specialised skill set focused on paid media, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
Responsibilities
UAB-Online was established in 2010 in response to a clear demand from the industry itself. The concept for a fully integrated application emerged after a consultancy and research firm, an industry & transport discussion group, a shipbroker, and a terminal operator came together.
Our application offers a wide range of features; for maritime operations, these include pre-arrival notifications, ISGOTT 6 compliance, and document exchange among various stakeholders.
For inland navigation, the application provides features such as pre-arrival notifications, the ADN Checklist, CDNI certificate, and the VOW agreement.
Soort dienstverband: Fulltime, Parttime, Uitzicht op vast, Vaste baan
Salaris: €3.500,00 - €5.000,00 per maand

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Utilise a variety of marketing channels including paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising (Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, You Tube Ads), email marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise efficiency and achieve growth objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure UAB-Online remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate SEO and content strategies with paid media campaigns for holistic growth.
- Support the Marketing and Communications Specialist in amplifying PR and communication efforts through paid channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Performance Marketer, Growth Marketer, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Hub Spot, or similar.
- Experience with PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A base salary between €3.500 and €5.000 depending on experience and knowledge.
