As we expand, we're searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative, with fluency in German.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at Fit For Me, you'll be an essential part of our German-speaking team. You ensure top-notch service delivery to our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide (product) advice. Your role will directly impact our company's growth by ensuring happy customers. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Give (multivitamin) product information and intake advice.
• Establish trust in our products and our brand.
• Create a meaningful connection between our customers and our company.

Requirements:

• You are a fluent German speaker (B2 level), and you're professional in English too.
• You have a passion for health, nutrition, and lifestyle . A background in nutrition or dietetics is advantageous.
• You have at least 2 years of (inbound) Customer Service experience.
• You can connect with customers and teammates effortlessly. We are looking for someone who can build good relationships.
• You are all about getting things done and are motivated by achieving targets. If you're driven to succeed, you'll fit right in.
• You can manage different tasks and systems, smoothly and efficiently.
