Creative Strategist
We at Profound; a young and dynamic digital marketing agency that helps companies become more successful in today’s digital world - are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our awesome team.
Your main goal at Profound:
As a Creative Strategist, your number 1 goal is to enhance the impact of creative initiatives through client-centric marketing strategy and concept development. You use creativity and storytelling skills to develop content that captures the attention of consumers and drives business growth, and will formulate effective marketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The following competences will guide you in everything you will do:

• Strategic thinking

Develop innovative marketing concepts and strategies. Tailor strategies that resonate with specific needs and preferences, drawing from a comprehensive understanding of the client, market, and target audience.

• Strategic communication

Formulate strategic communication plans and creative concepts that outline the objectives, target audience, messaging, and channels to be used.
Ensure the successful execution of each campaign by setting clear goals and selecting optimal marketing channels to reach target audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate strategic concepts to clients and internal team members.

• Storytelling

Excellent storytelling abilities and creative thinking to develop content that captures consumer attention and drives business growth.

• Collaboration

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams to ensure alignment of strategy and the creative execution.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Data driven

Utilize data analysis, market research, consumer insights and (online marketing) performance data to develop data-driven strategies aligned with the client's overall goals.

• Client interaction

Work closely with clients as strategic advisors, understanding their business goals, challenges, and target audience to provide informed recommendations and achieve their marketing objectives.
What you already bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
