Description of the work area:
As Central Order Desk Manager you will be part of our Sales Excellence department and responsible for creating and following up on the maintenance rules for the order wallet. You are doing this by analyzing the Order Wallet for both customer care teams as well as commercial management. In this role you will work closely with customer care teams and sales management across Europe, as well as the supply team.
You are based out of our Amsterdam office and report directly to Sr. Manager – Central Order Desk.

Make a significant impact as we 'move' the world forward together.
- Create and follow up on maintenance rules for the order wallet (OW) focused on replacement market of passenger care tyres (PCT)
- Make analyses of the OW for both customer care teams as well as management. You will use the current report in power BI and adjust based on new requirements
- Make decisions concerning additional push / priority for certain order lines and communicate your decisions
- Create and implement procedures to improve the customer experience at order entry and create the best possible On Time In Full delivery (OTIF)
Do you have what it takes? (requirements)
- BSc or MSc in Business Management or relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Analytical skills: ability to zoom-in / zoom-out in large quantity of numbers, make synthesis, ability to analyze figures coming from different origins
- Proficient in Power BI
- Logical thinking
- Know-how of SAP and business process, or keen to learn
- Ability to work with other departments in a “team-work” way
- Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
