Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Word Press Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing custom Word Press themes and plugins, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of web development best practices. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating Word Press themes and plugins. We are looking for someone who is eager to innovate and contribute to exciting projects for a variety of clients across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom Word Press themes and plugins.
• Collaborate with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and highly functional websites.
• Ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure responsive design across all platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Word Press Developer (1-3 years experience).
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and j Query.
• Experience with Word Press theme/plugin development from scratch.
• Familiarity with website architecture and design (UI/UX).
• Strong understanding of security and performance best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Woo Commerce and other popular Word Press plugins.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
