Mission:
- Diagnostic/Automotive Support: Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and software.
- Analyze problems and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical records and documentation related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their issues, explain technical details, and provide updates on repair status.
- Parts and Equipment Management: Manage and order automotive parts and equipment.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order.
- Repair Assistance: Support mechanics and technicians in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or new hires as needed.
