Your missions
As Tech Lead - Software Engineer, you will :

Develop and maintain software solutions while managing source control and integrating with the delivery pipeline.
Implement backlog items, including user stories, bugs, and other tasks.
Specify and develop unit and module tests, ensuring high code quality.
Analyze and resolve software issues, including third-party libraries and applications.
Document code and provide detailed reports to the respective Project Manager.
Provide Level 3 Helpdesk support, manage problems, and offer consultancy upon customer request.
Optimize application performance, manage technical debt, and handle source branching.
Oversee release packaging and procedures, ensuring smooth deployments.
Contribute to the enhancement of the delivery pipeline and collaborate on software architecture design.
Interact with Senior Software Engineers, manage database modeling and tuning, and contribute to architecture forums.
Provide technical input for change management and project charters.
Perform code reviews and support the Security department with external code reviews, audits, and pentests.
Act as a technical reference for specific in-house software applications.
Mentor and coach Software Engineers within the team.

Your ideal profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
Strong object-oriented development skills.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in French and English. Any other language is an asset.
Knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: C#, Angular, or Java
Excellent documentation skills
Rigorous, methodical, and analytical
Strong adherence to quality and security standards
Ability to work autonomously as well as in agile teams
Capable of identifying potential issues before they become blockers
