About Us:
We are a hostel / Surf Camp , offering a unique blend of surfing, yoga, and travel experiences. We are looking for a motivated intern to support our guest management and digital marketing efforts.The internship will take place in Hay Dakhla
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Management:
Add guest passport details to our platform during check-in.
Contact satisfied guests via booking reviews or social platforms (Whats App, Instagram) to encourage positive Google reviews.
Digital Marketing & Engagement:
Like and comment on relevant content (Surf, Yoga & Travel) to increase our instagram account visibility.
Follow the past guests by identifying them through review names on travel platforms.
Unfollow irrelevant or inactive accounts to maintain an engaged audience.
Platform & Content Updates:
Regularly update product lists and services across our platforms and websites.
Ensure our platform remain current and well-maintained with the latest information and offerings.
What We Offer:
A hands-on learning experience in the digital marketing and hospitality industry.
Exposure to the surf and yoga community.
Potential networking opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (additional languages like French, Arabic, or Tamazight are a plus).
Interest in digital marketing and hospitality.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
