MISSIONS:
In the project phase
- Perform advanced analysis of project impact on load/capacity.
- Analyze the impact of start-up modifications and Baseline changes on the process.
- Define with the industrialization, quality and EHS team the new manufacturing processes.
- Elaborate and validate the specifications of means and tools.
- Ensure the launch of orders.
- Ensure compliance with the project budget.
- Ensure a good EMFU score.
- Monitor orders, receipt and validation of resources and tools.
- Manage the creation and updating of FMEAs.
- Ensure the availability of production documents: Crimping range, Tooling and Handling operating procedures.
- Ensure optimal management of human and material resources in the board manufacturing workshop.
- Ensure the availability of Process consumables.
In the serial phase
- Systematic review of load/capacity and impact on means, tooling, surface.
- Ensure the execution of the maintenance schedule of the boards.
- Ensure the execution of 3D printing work, from design to realization, test and validation.
- Ensure the support of the tooling production, means and flows, and propose process solutions to improve the performance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure a technological watch on new manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Lead process audits to ensure compliance with the means and tools in the production areas.
Educational Requirements
- Engineer or master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar.
Experience
- Professional experience within automotive/ Railway industries desirable
Competencies & Skills
- Mastery of 3D design tools: CATIA
- Mastery of 2D design tools: AUTOCAD
- Knowledge in 3D printing is desirable
- Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Good level in French & English
