JOB FUNCTIONS:
- The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner the employees are our guests.
- The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information.
- The ability to answer telephone calls (keeping with Four Seasons? Regent standards), offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.
- The ability to greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.
- The ability to screen applicants, do reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Division Heads, mail form letters, process new hires, and complete new hire files.
- The ability to process PSAs, including completing, distributing and filing. All PSAs should be delivered in a confidential envelope when routing.
- The ability to generate and distribute all monthly reports including overdue performance reviews, birthday, MSDS training, new hire, and termination lists.
- The ability to maintain the cleanliness of the office and order supplies when necessary including the operational condition of the camera.
- The ability to handle employee comp room requests, educational reimbursement submittals, name tag orders, disbursement of medical and dental forms
- The ability to update and maintain the hotel's bulletin boards.
- The ability to distribute any literature, forms, prizes, cards, etc. to employees when necessary.

- The ability to operate office equipment such as a typewriter and computer.
- The ability to accurately maintain the HR Spectrum program as it relates to input, output and back-up assistance to the P&C Admin manager.
- The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
- The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
- The ability to maintain files of qualified applicants for future positions including logging of applicants and no thanks letters.
- The ability to ensure all newly hired employees are correctly processed (orientation, payroll, references checked, offer letters etc.).
- The ability to ensure that the cafeteria is clean and well decorated during holidays and special events.
- The ability to ensure that the employee locker room is clean and orderly.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Degree of HR studies.
Experience in a luxury brands is a plus.
Due to the local work permit policy in the country, we are looking only for candidates with a valid Moroccan Work Permit .
