Mechanic, Engine Wheeled Vehicle
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Inspects, troubleshoots, disassembles, services, rebuilds, overhauls and repairs a variety of wheeled vehicle engines for company. Ensures that all wheeled vehicle engine maintenance inspections, servicing, rebuilds, overhauls and repairs are accomplished in accordance with all technical manuals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Ensures the process is maintained within the latest ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards. Learns, understands and complies with applicable health, safety and environment directives. Participates in the development of a safe and healthy working environment. Ensures compliance with all company policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience performing repair and/or overhaul of light and/or heavy duty diesel engines.
- Previous military experience or automotive diesel engine training is an advantage.
- The ability to interpret complex electrical, mechanical and/or hydraulic schematics is preferred.
