We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Local Warehouse Specialist” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
Follow up on maintenance and repair of technical and electrical building installations
Locking system checks and new access requirements
Cleaning service management (normal and deep cleaning of the office and warehouse)
Pest control management
CCTV maintenance, including footage archiving
Waste disposal management
Execution of safety training for warehouse staff and visitors
Invoice verification
Archiving reports and certificates from maintenance and repair
Collaborating closely with the Facilities Management Department
Managing warehouse contracts with the Purchasing Department
Providing tender support related to buildings, equipment, and HSE
Order management for building parts, equipment, HSE, etc.
Qualifications
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar
Profound knowledge of warehouse management
Practical experiences in facilities management, HSE and quality management
Practical experience in warehousing,
Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills
Assertiveness
Strong IT-Skills (e.g. SAP, WMS Systems, MS Office)
