Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Develop targeted email lists and segment audiences for personalized communication.
- Design email templates that are visually appealing and optimized for conversion.
- Campaign Management:
- Write compelling email copy that resonates with the target audience.
- Set up, test, and deploy email campaigns, ensuring all elements function correctly.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Automation & Optimization:
- Implement email marketing automation to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Continuously test and optimize email content, subject lines, and designs to improve open and click-through rates.
- Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed reports on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Use insights from analytics to refine and improve future campaigns.
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Expert, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Sendin Blue).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- Up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and technologies.
