The Casa Manager is responsible for the overall management of the space operations, merchandise and customer service. The person will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of the sales objectives, maintaining and achieving operational and merc handising standards and goals, building high level customer experience and supporting associates as needed. The Office Manager will work closely with the Area Manager in supporting Stores CRM development and training development.
Clients and events management

In charge of planning and executing the client experiences in Casa to maximize company initiatives.

Responsible for admin, logistics and delivery of clients events.

In charge of invoice processing, new supplier requests, contract approvals and b udget sheets for Marketing department.

Analyzing and reporting for retail and marketing management, providing feedback post event & benchmarking.

Ensure the direct link between subcontractors and suppliers working within "Casa Cucinelli".

Work closely with the store managers to provide an accurate calendar of clients experience to HQ.

Facilitate and support the press in the celebrities and PR appointments Casa Facility and Maintenance

Manage and maintain the space facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture, registers and other related items to facility.

Oversee maintenance on all lighting and electrical systems as required.

Ensure organ ization of all office areas, stock rooms, maintenance room with company standards.

Serve as direct liaison between all sub contractors and vendors to verify work standard and condition of Casa.
Inventory Management

Monitor inventories to avoid di screpancy.

Manage, facilitate and ensure completion of all inventories and stock levels in accordance with company guidelines.

Support the press office in managing the stock: oversee all processing of shipments, transfers and consignments.
PROFILE:
We are looking for candidates who possess expertise in the luxury sector and are able to maintain high-end aesthetics level in line with the brand's image. Ideally, they should have experience in event planning and execution, particularly in the realm of client experiences, to support the company's initiatives, along with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in both English and German is required, while proficiency in a third language would be considered an additional advantage.
