We are currently seeking a passionate AI Agent Engineer Intern to contribute to our AI-driven product innovations.
Position Overview:
This is an exciting 2-month internship opportunity for an aspiring AI Agent Engineer. You will work closely with our team to design, build, and optimize intelligent AI agents by integrating large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques into our product suite. This hands-on experience will deepen your expertise in AI engineering, particularly within the sustainable investment landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Mapu team to design, develop, and implement intelligent AI agents.
- Focus on the integration of LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to power decision-making processes.
- Assist in fine-tuning and deploying large language models for various applications.
- Develop scalable and efficient machine learning models that enhance AI agent capabilities.
- Troubleshoot AI agent deployment, including addressing model configuration and technical issues.
- Research emerging technologies to improve AI agent performance and integrate them into our solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in AI/ML, focusing on agent-based systems and their applications in sustainability.
- Support other AI/ML-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, AI, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in machine learning concepts and AI engineering, particularly in intelligent agent systems.
- Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and their applications in creating dynamic AI agents.
- Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its relevance to building AI agents.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Hugging Face.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Strong research skills, particularly in model optimization and deployment techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for sustainability and creating positive impact through AI technologies.
Languages:
English and French (preferred but not mandatory).
