We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Marrakesh. Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal time management for team members.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports related to training, HR initiatives, and company activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment tasks, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Operations Management: Process leave requests, manage databases, and handle daily HR operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding processes, providing assistance during training and ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and essential documentation to support HR and administrative functions.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize company events, training sessions, and team meetings, fostering engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 months of experience in administrative support, HR, or a related field.
  • Education: Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 (2 years post-baccalaureate) or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
