What are your contributions to the team?

You will provide technical support, regarding in metal cutting within the production line manufacturing processes.
You will harmonize the requirements (purchasing, planning and on-time execution) for the area, which initiate a tool order/request.
You will support in the administration of the assigned unit's budget, under the supervision of the leader, looking for cost reduction opportunities.
You will manage the execution of the maintenance plan and participate in certifications according to the schedule for the tools.
You will participate in the resolution of non-conformities and optimization of operations.
You will propose and execute improvements in processes related to the department.
You will elaborate proposals for the development of tools from conceptualization: design, manufacturing and installation.
You will coordinate project plans and report in a timely manner the progress of the activities assigned to your function.
You will develop standards and procedures for verification and control of tools for compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will implement continuous improvement system tools.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You hold bachelor in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering.
You have knowledge in metal cutting process (Turning, Milling, Drilling).
You have knowledge resource planning and budgeting, generating reporting metrics to evaluate project costs within the team and ensuring adherence to planned budgets.
English level intermediate in order to have communication with international vendors.
You hold knowledge in corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
You hold knowledge in Quality Management System applicable to Maintenance Process.
You have experience in purchasing planning processes and solutions to Tooling team requests, monitoring compliance with the requirements at all stages of procurement.
You hold knowledge in Project Management for proposed projects in the Tooling team.
You have the ability to identify, analyze, and effectively resolve problems.
