Técnico de Mantenimiento B
Description and details of the activities

Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently on standard maintenance and repair tasks.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heating and air conditioning equipment, including replacing belts, filters, and bearings.
- Conduct routine repairs on electrically powered equipment as directed by the manager/supervisor and/or service technicians.
- Diagnose electrical control faults with proven expertise.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a flawless and timely manner.
Experience and requirements
