SUPERVISOR DE FACILITIES & MANTENIMIENTO
General Knowledge, skills and duties
Sueldo: $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 al mes
Beneficios:
- Analyze data, blueprints and reports
- Analyze project costs and preparing budgets
- Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and environmental health and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Bilingual English 80% Listen, Speak, Write (Desired).
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a facility and equipment maintenance supervisor or in a similar role.
- Experience with Auto CAD, SAP, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing plant startup operations preferred
- Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Molding processes knowledge and experience is a plus
