The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Sr Marketing Analyst temporary role
What Your Impact Will Be
- This position requires strategic conversation with key stakeholders like Partners, GBT, agencies, etc.
- Highly analytic profile to deliver brand and product management, detect risk and opportunities in the Vehicle and Construction category.
- Create and execute LATAM´s strategy for 2025 and beyond to continue accelerating our Business.
- Ensure execution of key mkt milestones.
- Market and competition analysis to deliver the correct portofolio to the competitive landscape.
- Key GBT milestones as BDOs, SILRs, IRLS, GBR, AOP, April Fcst, July Fcst, Oct Fcst, LRGs and on going conversation with global teams.
- MKT plan and long term vision
- Key projects and launches
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
- Results oriented
- Marketing experience at least 3 years.
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to generate insights and strategies
- Problem-solving orientation.
- Understanding the business and oriented to results.
