Sr Controlling Manager

As a Garrett’s North America Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, controlling and driving the Garrett business in USA and Mexico. The role covers all aspects of finance in North America and Mexico, including: Controllership activities in Mexico and North America (7 legal entities, including GMI, topco entity with complexity regarding accounting for debt and equity instruments); ISC Finance for Mexicali and Torrance; support FP&A including Reporting, Planning (AOP and STRAP). You will be expected to be a trusted adviser and business partner to the Americas Finance Director and VP North America, and provide support and challenge to ensure finance and business objectives are achieved
Experiencia y requisitos
- Professional Finance Qualification or Degree in finance and accounting
- Minimum 10 years in Manufacturing/FP&A experience/Business Partnering - Manufacturing Finance
- Experience needed (Plant Site finance leader), finance controllership and FP&A / Business partnering.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP, HFM, AOP, STRAP planning, USGAAP principles and Sarbanes Oxley rules.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes and policies
