About Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA , will be part of the exclusive Costa Palmas resort community, which will also include a private marina and a members-only beach and yacht club, all situated along a two-mile stretch of pristine white sand and the warm, swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez. About the role of SPA Locker Attendant
Responsible in greeting guests and properly orientate them to the locker room area. Provide quality service and maintain a clean and well-stocked locker room

What you will do:

• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
• Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
• Comply with all the standards stablished for the spa.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.

What you bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Minimum experience of one (1) year in the position
• Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
• Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail
• Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
• Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences
