This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.
Be You
Will be responsible for supervising compliance with standards in the operation of each meal period of the Sora Rooftop Bar; Her/ him will oversee the organization of the operation and the service in all department activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory position in Food & Beverage.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Ease in achieving objectives.
- Be Proactive
- Attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language.
- Have assertive communication and effective.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of successful client interactions.
Master Your Craft
- Monitors the reservation system to ensure the flow of the operation and service with the highest standards.
- Full knowledge of the menu, products and prices.
- Knowledge of all wine, spirits and cocktails, served and prepared for the service.
- Complete knowledge of all restaurants and facilities in the hotel.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner, giving a follow-up Ensure complete satisfaction of clients and guests.
- Constant updating of trends, according to the restaurant concept.
- Monitor staff service skills, retrain and reinforce all standards about products and their quality, service details daily. Will provide feedback and evaluations as needed.
- Ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality are provided to customers.
- Ownership of guest satisfaction, participating in local F&B community and industry events.
- The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
