Job Description
SAP S/4HANA Project Management:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and rollout of the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee testing and deployment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing applications and emerging technologies.
- Deliver reliable 24X7 infrastructure and application support according to business expectations for a manufacturing site
- Ensure IT Security according to the Central Directive compliance.
- Coordinate the IT Application Landscape for San Luis Potosi Plant
- Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ CD03800 and applicable standards.
- Drive innovation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies like AI, Io T.
- Develop strategies to align IT capabilities with business needs, focusing on creating competitive advantages.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Computer Science or related technical degree preferred.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
- IT Budget management
- 5+ years of experience in software development or technology infrastructure
- Strong knowledge in cyber security
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven 3+ years of experience in SAP managing service lifecycle.
- Proven ability to set direction and inspire team members to engage and successfully deliver on a vision.
- Proven ability to design and map processes.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills.
- Strong IT Service Management and standards experience.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- A management style that is collaborative, energetic, and results oriented.
