The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce administration and development, along with strong leadership skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers to foster a high-performance environment.
- Oversee the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance and customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within Salesforce.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to leverage new functionalities for business advantage.
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to maximize platform utilization.
- Implement best practices for data management and reporting within Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, features, and functionality.
- Experience with APIs and integration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with data modeling and Salesforce architecture.
- Project Management:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
