Reservations Assistent
We are looking for a Reservations assitant for a 14 room watersports adventure resort in La Ventana near La Paz, Baja California Sur.
We provide the Best of Baja to our guests and are looking for a team member who wants to be part of a hardworking fun unit. Family-owned we specialize in custom service and adventure for our guests with high level of service throughout our hotel and restaurant - we have 6 boats, a fishing, diving and spearfishing service, a kiteboarding school, run many tours, and have a restaurant and bar.
We are hungry for adventure!! We are looking for someone who:
- is organized, upbeat and looking to grow with us
- speaks English and Spanish
-can handle our reservations and room assignments, shuttle schedules and check ins.
-coordinate with booking agencies and rental house websites,
-supervise our cleaning staff and check rooms
-prepare all final client bills for checkout, and make changes throughout our hotel as directed by customer feedback about maintenance items, food, and service level.
-be fluent in Excel, word, gmail, googlecalendars, googledrive, and whatsap.
-plu if is somewhat familiar with Kiteboarding, Winging, Fishing, Spearfishing, Diving, Nature Excursions.
Our Reservations assitant must love living in a small town, being a part of a close team, and having fun in the water. We are looking for someone to join our team long term for the wind season every year.

-If you’re not a Mexican we’ll provide a Work permit.
-Discount on all activities and kite lessons. Gear storage on the beach. Private amazing launch.
