- Support local efficiency of the center by ensuring the programming of Scheduling and monitoring real time staffing levels by interval.
- Oversee the skill performance on real time. Monitoring potential abuses.
- Make intraday decisions that deliver consistent service levels.
- Intraday Highlights/Performance Notifications to operations and to client main POC
What you bring
- Intermediate Excel Knowledge
- Intermediate Statistical Knowledge
- Intermediate English Written and Spoken
- 6 months Call Center experience and/or in similar position
